Gift card: the perfect gift when you don't know what to give

How does it work?

Gift card purchase : Customers can purchase a card for a specific value, between 10 and 100 euros. It is sent to the customer or a recipient. This is decided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Gift Card Reception : Once the purchase is complete, the customer or recipient receives an email with a unique code that can be used to redeem the card value on future purchases.

Using the Gift Card : To redeem the gift card, the customer must enter the code in the corresponding field during the checkout process. If the card balance is sufficient to cover the total amount of the order, the purchase can be completed. If the balance is lower, the customer will be asked to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference.

Balance Check : Customers can check their gift card balance on the gift card page of your online store.

Considerations : Please note that gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and the balance can be spent on multiple orders while the balance is available.
